Perfect for patient gardeners planning ahead. While slightly slower, this option ensures your rare fruit trees and berry bushes arrive safely while keeping costs down for larger orders.
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order with the individual needs of the plants in mind. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (early spring and fall), please allow up to 3 business days for processing as we ensure each plant meets our rigorous quality standards before shipping.
International Shipping
We’re proud to ship our unique cultivars worldwide, with the exception of Asia and certain remote locations (due to agricultural restrictions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in their country.
Plant Arrival Care
Your plants will arrive ready to grow, but we recommend planting them within 48 hours of receipt. If immediate planting isn’t possible, keep the roots moist and store in a cool, shaded area. Each shipment includes detailed planting instructions tailored to your specific varieties.
Returns & Guarantee
We stand behind every plant we ship. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected]. We’ll work with you to replace the plant or issue a refund.
