Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with the same attention we give our nursery plants:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping methods: We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your plants arrive in excellent condition

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx)

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (via EMS for orders over $50)

  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Economical option for patient gardeners

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind every ginkgo sapling and espalier tree we ship. If your plants arrive damaged or fail to meet our quality standards, we’ll happily provide a replacement or refund within 15 days of delivery.

Important Plant Return Restrictions

Due to the perishable nature of our living plants, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Healthy specimens that have already been planted
  • All live plants removed from original packaging
  • Planted trees or bushes (including all fruit trees and berry plants)
  • Personalized garden consultation services
  • Clearance or seasonal special items

Eligibility for Returns

Your purchase may be returned if:

  • Plants arrive damaged or diseased (photos required)
  • Incorrect variety was shipped (compared to your order confirmation)
  • Items are still in their original packaging and unplanted

How to Initiate a Return

Our straightforward return process ensures we can quickly make things right:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Include photos of any damaged plants (required for replacement claims)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship items back using the provided return label (for approved cases)
  5. Receive your replacement/refund once we process your return

Return Shipping

  • For our error or damaged items: We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • For other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable service)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Appearance on your statement: May take additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different variety of fruit tree or berry bush? We’re happy to exchange unplanted items within 15 days of delivery. Simply follow the return process above and note your preferred replacement in your email.
